HUBGRADE HEALTH is a free accelerator program for digital health startups. The program offers practical workshops, individual coaching and mentoring, and access to a strong network of partners, stakeholders, experts, and other founders. The aim is to provide targeted support to startups in their growth, the further development of their business models, and access to relevant market and financing opportunities.

The Transformation Booster supports startups and industrial companies from the initial idea to a market-ready pilot project. Structured, supported, and with clear milestones – for real, impactful solutions. Each batch includes up to four use cases that are solved in direct collaboration with industry partners. Your solution will be tested in a pilot project in a real production environment – ​​with a budget of up to €37,000 (gross) for practical implementation.

With LEVELHUB, we support startups in their growth phase – especially in the areas of digital health and cybersecurity. As part of the statewide NRW Hubs initiative, LEVEL HUB supports founders with customized strategies, coaching, and a flexible ticket system that provides access to relevant workshops, experts, and networks. Twelve practical modules cover topics such as financing, scaling, internationalization, certification, human resources management, and visibility. Each startup receives individual support – for tailored support and sustainable growth.

With Investment SHEroes, we specifically support female founders and diverse founding teams on their path to their first investment. In our 12-week program, participants gain practical insights into everything crucial for a successful financing round – from pitch strategy and negotiation techniques to investor communication, legal basics, and individual coaching. The program connects female founders with experienced mentors, investors, and experts to strengthen their knowledge, network, and visibility. The goal is to empower female founders, overcome structural barriers in the investment sector, and strengthen female perspectives in the startup scene.

Together.Successfully.Grow. With our Xelerator program, we want to support founders in mixed teams in the further development and implementation of their start-up projects. Together with experts and coaches, we will work intensively with you on your start-up projects over a period of around 3 months, refine your market and financing strategies, and accompany you in your next steps on the way to becoming successful entrepreneurs. The application period for the program begins on June 1st and ends on July 30th. The kick-off will take place on August 28th, 2024. After a 3-month work phase, this year's run will end on November 27th, 2024 as part of a public pitch event. The program is aimed at female founders and mixed teams (at least 50% women among the founders) in the seed and pre-seed phase.

The ruhrMASTERS acceleration program supports start-ups from the Ruhr region through six months of coaching with at least ten individual sessions, participation in the international start-up trade fair SLUSH in Helsinki and another international start-up trip with matchmaking. In addition, the teams will receive a prominent presentation at ruhrSUMMIT 2025 and benefit from marketing measures via our channels. Start-ups based in the Ruhr region that are already established on the market and have a scalable, digital business model with initial customers and sales are eligible to participate.

Unbürokratische Kredite bis 25.000 € für die Herstellung einer Nullserie oder eine Warenerstausstattung. Kostengünstige Arbeitsplätze im W-tec-Workspace oder den Start-up-Büros. Kein On-boarding, kein Abschluss-Pitch. Stattdessen regelmäßig die Gelegenheit für Pitches im Rahmen von W-tec-Veranstaltungen und Kontakte zu Studierenden, ansässigen Firmen, anderen Gründer/inne/n, Bankenvertretern und Wuppertaler Unternehmer/inne/n zu knüpfen. Die Verweildauer im Akzelerator ist nicht begrenzt, dadurch nehmen auch Scale-ups teil, von deren Erfahrungen die Start-ups in früheren Phasen der Gründung extrem profitieren können.
