An AI-powered chatbot is to be developed for the machinery, supporting employees in production and production-related support departments. It will process various information sources and answer questions about work instructions, process problems, or quality issues. The goal is to increase efficiency, facilitate problem-solving, and secure company-wide knowledge.

With the "Future Material" project, WIN.DN GmbH is strengthening the innovation and future viability of Düren's industry. Against the backdrop of the ESG law and the structural transformation in the Rhenish mining region, the project supports companies in making their processes, technologies, and products more sustainable and efficient.

As part of the project, use-case contracts worth up to €37,000 will be awarded in cooperation with industrial companies in Düren.
